Ok so whats the deal with using a Proxy?? What exactly is it, is there any free ones, and how easy are they to use?? Cause i really don't wanna get banned after dayz of botting :-/

A proxy is just an ip-address that your computer sends the network traffic to, which then sends it on to it's destination, thereby obscuring the original ip from the final stop. Adding/using them is super simple through the client as long as they are SOCKS5 proxies. As for free proxies, there are some but you will likely struggle with low bandwidth and availability.
